Ordering

Please order by e-mail to info@gebrmann.de, stating the title (with ISBN if possible), the quantity and your delivery and billing address. Details on the conclusion of the contract can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery area and shipping costs

We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Shipping to these countries is free of charge for you.

Deliveries to other countries are possible on request. In this case, we will inform you of the shipping costs before the contract is concluded.

Shipping is carried out on our behalf by Medien Service Runge GmbH (Runge Verlagsauslieferung), Bergstraße 2, 33803 Steinhagen, Germany.

Delivery time

After conclusion of the contract, delivery takes up to 5 working days within Germany and 5 to 10 working days to Austria and Switzerland. Titles that have not yet been published will be delivered immediately upon publication; we will state the expected publication date in the order confirmation.

Prices in Austria

For deliveries to Austria, the fixed retail prices set for Austria apply.

Import duties

For deliveries to Switzerland and to other countries outside the European Union, import duties (e.g. customs duties, import VAT) may be incurred, which are to be borne by the customer.

Payment

You pay by invoice. The invoice is issued by Medien Service Runge GmbH, which collects the purchase price on our behalf. It is enclosed with the consignment and is payable without deduction within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the account stated therein.
